Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for two (2) business days. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 2 working days have passed since your purchase.

You must ship the item back within two (2) working days after purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. The item you’re returning must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you got it. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Please don’t return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

    •          Damage occur while the customer was attempting to install or repair the product, damage occurred.
    •         Aware of a defect when making a transaction
    •         changed their minds and no longer want the item.
    •          Refusal to pick up goods after payment without informing us and getting our consent.
    •          Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.
    •         Downloadable software products

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a return yet.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is typically some processing time.

Sale items

Only items with standard prices may be refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at sales@dualway-ng.com and send your item to 64, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos if you need to exchange it for the same or another item.

Gifts

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

We will send the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t listed as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Shipping Returns

You could mail your product to 64, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos if you want to make a return.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more pricey things. Our promise that we’ll get your returned item is not a promise.
